What does managed actually mean?

You set the priorities and make the product decisions. Aurix owns the day-to-day planning, engineering coordination, technical review, QA, and delivery reporting. You do not have to assign work to individual engineers or chase their progress.

Can you work with our existing team and codebase?

Yes. We can own a defined area of your backlog or work alongside your engineers. We agree repository access, architecture decisions, coding standards, review responsibilities, and release permissions before starting.

How do you handle deadlines and changing requirements?

We commit to a delivery plan after reviewing the scope and dependencies. If requirements change, we make the effect on scope, cost, and timing clear before proceeding. Risks are raised early so you can make an informed decision.

Who owns the code?

You retain ownership of the project deliverables under the agreed contract. We work in your repositories where possible and include documentation and handover in the delivery plan.

How do we start, and what does it cost?
